The first Legoland park was built in Biliund, Denmark in 1968. Since then, the chain has expanded into seven different countries, including the United States. In the US, Legoland is in both California and Florida.
Legoland is filled with exciting rides, water parks, and other Lego-based attractions. The resort is complete with a hotel and a wide variety of dining options.
Their entertainment events include live music and Lego building workshops.
Almost everything in the resort locations is Lego-based. They have Lego buildings, Lego statues, Lego characters, and more spread throughout the parks.

Official Legoland Military Discount
Legoland’s United States locations give back to the US military by providing a wide variety of discount options.
Online discounts provide the largest savings in most cases, but discounts are available at the gate and at base Ticket and Travel Offices as well.
Florida Bricks And Boots Program
The Florida Legoland location has a deal that gives free admission to current Active Duty military members. To take advantage of this deal, simply show your military ID at the ticket gate.
Gate Discount
For military members other than Active Duty and for the California location, other deals are available.
If you wait to buy tickets until you reach the Legoland gate, you will get 10% off tickets for you, your spouse, and your dependents. This deal works for both 1 day and 2 day tickets.
To use the Legoland gate military discount:

Discounted Tickets From Your Local Ticket And Travel Office
The exact discount available will vary by base. For an example, the Camp Pendleton base’s Ticket and Travel Office provides a discount of close to 30% on Legoland tickets.
Ticket and Travel Office tickets for the Florida location may even come with a free second day as a bonus deal.

Who Can Claim This Discount?
The discounts for tickets and resort stays at both locations can be used by all members of the military, including service members in all five branches. Active Duty, Reserves, and National Guard members are eligible.

The free admission to the Florida location is only available for current Active Duty military members.
Family members, including military spouses and dependents, can purchase discounted tickets and hotel rooms when the sales are current (ex: during the month of November)
Veterans are eligible to take advantage of all of these deals as well.
At the Florida location only, Department of Defense employees and their family members are able to benefit from the military deal.
What Are The Restrictions?
The military deals at Legoland do come with some restrictions. For resort stays, prepayment is required when the stay is booked.
You need to provide a current and valid military ID if you purchased tickets without verifying your military status through SheerID. If you can’t provide this ID, you will not be able to keep your discount.
The resort nights you choose are subject to availability, and the discount does not apply during blackout dates.
The deal is not available on previously booked rooms, so make sure you use the discount right away when you make your purchase.
The military discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers.
The deal cannot be used in combination with group rates.
Guests are limited to one discounted room per reservation.
The room choices may be limited, and the military deal is never available for suites.
Trips need to occur during the same calendar year that the purchase is made.
