Who Can Claim This Deal?
The Express military discount is available to all current military members.
This includes members of the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard.
Those who serve in Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard are all eligible.
The deal also extends to past military members, including both retired service members and veterans.
Unfortunately, the deal is not able to be used by military family members at this time.
The deal also cannot be used by Express employees, so if you work at the store you can’t claim the deal, even if you do or have served in the military.
This is probably because of the employee discount, however, so you aren’t actually missing out on savings.

What Are The Restrictions?
The biggest thing to keep in mind when you go to use the Express military discount is that it cannot be used with any other deals, including sale prices, promotions, coupons, clearance items, etc.
This is important because Express is a store that is known for having large sales fairly often.
When Express is having an event where everything they sell is on sale, the military discount will not be able to be used at all.
Of course, this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to save, since everything is already on sale.
It just makes it so that the military deal is a good coupon to hold onto for when you are shopping at Express outside of their sale events.
The military discount also cannot be used on Featured Brands or previous purchases. You must use the code at the time of purchase to claim the savings.
The discount cannot be used on the purchase of Express gift cards.
