1. Chick-fil-A One
Chick-fil-A One is a rewards membership program that allows you to earn points as you spend money.
The rewards can be used towards free treats and food items in-store.
How to Earn Points:
You can earn points when you make purchases through the Chick-fil-A App, online catering or by scanning the QR code in the store or drive-thru.
This program is tiered, meaning the more you spend, the higher status you achieve.
The tiers include Chick-fil-A One Member, Chick-fil-A One Silver Member and Chick-fil-A Red Member.
Member Level:
At the Member level you get $1 for every 10 points earned.
You receive free food rewards, bonus awards and birthday awards.
Silver Member Level:
You can achieve Silver status by earning more than 1,000 points in a year.
Silver Members receive all of the rewards that Member level receives plus gift rewards to friends and family, and a meal donation on the member’s behalf.
Red Member Level:
Red Member status is achieved after 5,000 points in a year.
In addition to the rewards that Member and Silver Level Members receive, Red Members also receive first to know information, Chick-fil-A college football Hall of Fame Tickets and Backstage Tour Tickets.

At the bottom of the receipt in select locations, on a randomized basis, there is an opportunity to take a customer experience survey.
If you submit the customer service survey you will receive an email for a free chicken sandwich.
First 100 Free Meals for a Year
Chick-fil-A has a camp-out promotion when they open a new location.
If you are one of the 100 people selected, you will camp out for the 12 hours before the store opening.
Those top 100 people will earn a pre-loaded card with 52 Chick-fil-A #1 meals.
